It was such a treat to stay at this lovely hotel with such old school charm! Because there are only 6 rooms in total, we were treated with such care by Ms Mizuki Osawa. Every day, there was a hand written note on the table. The room was great with a jacuzzi in the bathtub! Of course, the location is great being so near Maruyama and Kiyomizu-dera. Lastly, book early for the afternoon tea. It was truly a treat.

I bookmarked this place for long time and finally can go! You are recommended to make reservations earlier as the booking for afternoon tea is always full~ The menu I tried was sakura theme, very beautiful in pink! I think the sandwich is so so, but other food, service and environment were amazing! Price is expensive, around 6000 yen per person as the restaurant has 10% service charge.

Absolutely beautiful! The decoration, the colonial style architecture, the traditional style Japanese rooms, a unique Madeira wine bar, a shop and two fantastic restaurants! I've seen nothing like it! 🤩 Definitely worth a visit, stay and meal! Great food paired with fantastic wines, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazing boutique hotel with amazing rooms. Very pricey though but it’s worth it only for special occasions. I would not recommend it for tourists as they cater mainly to rich Japanese and the wedding party guests.

we went to the Italian restaurant for lunch and had a lunch course. the staffs were nice and informative. but the tastes were nothing as much as we expected for the prices we paid. we should' ve gone to the french instead.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
