The hotel is a typical old five-star establishment with a unique ambiance, featuring all-yellow colored lamps and a dark vibe that helps you feel relaxed—something you can't get from newer hotel styles. What's particularly good about this hotel, of course, is the bathtub. In this era of hotel development, it's challenging to find an affordable hotel with a bathtub. I spend every day soaking myself in the tub. The hotel's location is also advantageous, as it takes only 10-15 minutes to reach CP, and they have their own shopping mall downstairs (connected to the hotel). The mall itself is pretty neat and offers a variety of food options. Many foreigners on business trips stay here, contributing to a professional and quiet hotel experience. I enjoy being here. The breakfast variety is excellent, with delicious food options and a good collection of dishes. I also received a cake from the hotel, and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and efficient; you feel like you've known them for a very long time. One downside to this hotel is its old-school system, including the air conditioning (using numbers 1-5 instead of temperature settings) and lamps. However, if you appreciate vintage styles like I do, you'll enjoy the unique experience this hotel offers—a nostalgic experience you can't get from the newest hotel styles. Yes, I am definitely going to come back to this hotel. It's a nostalgic experience I always miss. The hotel provides a good escape from daily stress, offering a unique experience.

One of the best hotel experience, the hotel service deserved a 5 stars rating, a side from the strategic location, the hotel staffs are very warm and very helpful. Hats off for the best service. The coffee was really good, it doesn't stop me drinking from the 1st sip. However, the chef needs to pay a lil bit attention on nasi goreng and the chicken, need more seasoning. Other than that, it's delicious.

There were so many food options during breakfast, and almost everything I tried was delicious. Not only was the food fantastic, but Hotel Ciputra Jakarta also provided a wonderful room with a beautiful city view. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm always amazed by the way they treat their guests. The service staff was great and very quick to fulfill guest requests. I highly recommend this hotel to all of you. Once again, the gym facilities were well-equipped. I want to express my gratitude to all the staff who assisted me during my stay. A special thanks to Chatrine for helping me with the check-in process, ensuring I got a room that met my requests.

Great Hotel with a good ambience inside the Hotel. Room was very nice, clean and the most I like was the city view and their Breakfast food. Food has so many variant. Hospitality form the staff was excellent, I felt like stay in my own home. Thanks for Chatrine for assist me during my time stay in Ciputra. She’s very informative. Defenitley will come again to stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
