It was the most horrible experience of my life. I've seen all sorts of messes, but this really surprised me. The walls are dirty, like a street dog was rubbing against them, The window is broken and opened by removing it from the frame, furniture is damaged dust and dirt in the corners, sockets are damaged and sparking, The room has terrible humidity and no ventilation. The carpet is dirty and damp, from which it stinks very strongly of dirt and dampness, which makes it impossible to sleep. I paid 100 lari, but this quality is absolutely not worth it. It was a booking on Booking a couple of weeks before arrival. Profile photos and reviews were beyond doubt. But on arrival at night, it was the only room available. I don't know if all the rooms are like this, but I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND this hotel.

I stayed here for 3 days, the hotel itself looks nice, i don't know anything about the service since i haven’t been contacting staff a lot. But i can say that my room had a bad view, it was dirty, the toilet was dirty, i found several pieces of hair in the drawer, one of the towels had a blood stain on it. I got several insects in my room, and i got bitten by sum strange insect cause the affected area is now red. The fridge is dirty, the tv was dirty, the only thing i cant argue about was the bed, since it wasn’t that comfy but still clean.

Exceptional service, cozy atmosphere, food is truly amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had wonderful time staying in this hotel. Close to metro station and easily accessible. Definitely recommend.

I have made a reservation on booking and got and acceptance, but when I arrived to the hotel i was told, that hotel was fully booked and they don't have any room for me. Then they told me, that hotel could magically stop being fully booked and if I was ready to pay more than on booking for the same room :) so be careful it may be a waste of time to book this hotel

Best hotel in Tbilisi for atmosphere service breakfast and position,I advice this place to everyone want to have a short or long trip in Georgia,I want to say thanks to administration and everyone who works here because they really make me feel at home,I hope all Italians like me can go this place because it’s perfect :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
