        Nice central hotel in Brussels - recommended. But don't forget to grab earplugs. Advantages: + Central location: the hotel is close to the historical city center and main attractions. We haven't used public transport as it was easy to get everywhere on foot including the train station. + Small, but comfortable room with two beds. Beds and pillows were nice and soft. + Friendly and welcoming service at the reception. + WiFi was working almost perfectly. + Clean room and bathroom. Disadvantages: - It's a very, very loud location at night. The sound isolation in the room is really bad so that you hear all loud sounds during night: emergency signals, shouting people (there are a lot of them in this area), music, bottles being broken and so on. We were on 6th floor but we heard everything like we were outside, which made us waking up several times per night, till the very morning... EARPLUGS ARE MUST-HAVE. - It was very difficult to turn the faucet in the shower: it was either too tight or outdated. - Please provide more hangers in the room. There were two of us in the room, but the room itself is designed for 3 people (one bed was double), but there were only 2 hangers in the room. There are simply no options where to hang your things so that they do not get wrinkled. Just as a piece of advise, a small kettle in the room will be a huge plus.

        Nice budget hotel. Very close to the attractions like grand place, manneken pis in Brussels. But rooms are very small, lift can handle a maximum of 2 people only. Also, can hear noises from other rooms.

        When I booked this hotel voucher, I got a message that my payment via booking.com failed. The message seemed to come from the hotel via the booking com app. I was sent a link to re-pay, but I realised that the link was fake and it looked like a scam. I then contacted booking com and they apologised, stating that my payment was successful and I should just ignore the message from the hotel. When I contacted the hotel, they denied the message was from them and it was a booking com mistake. Booking com does not dare to accuse anyone and is trying to investigate this case. I'm just telling you to be vigilant. Look carefully at the links shared for payment and always reconfirm to various parties. I finally decided to stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly The lift is narrow, only for 2-3 people. You have to stand far away from the door side, otherwise the lift will stop. No need to panic. Stand back away from the door, press your destination button again. The room is cramped, but the heating works well. Hot water works fine, but shower equipment has been damaged a lot.         Got stuck in the elevator, was not touching anything as was instructed. After 5 minutes they got me out and accused me, saying it is my fault I was stuck there. Made fun of me, were being rude and laughed with other stuff and guests at me. Not sure this is how things supposed to be run here :) Upd: I wish this was a joke tho. Said you are not aware what type of people you hire and how they treat your visitors. Literally ruined my first time in Brussels

        The room even though the room wasn't so bad it had a lot of noise because of the spot. The thing that I didn't like was the bed and mattress. It was a small double bed with the mattress to be very soft and every time my husband was turning sides I was rolling to his side. I had a very bad sleep. Even though it wasn't exactly in the centre it was close enough!
