Strongly recommend the hotel because of its location and boutique style. We were greeted by Salome at the reception who always had a friendly smile making us extremely comfortable. They had a welcome note and wine bottle waiting for us which we found really classy. The breakfast spread was also pretty decent. The staff appeared to be professional throughout our stay.

The hotel itself was pretty good; staff were friendly, room was clean and location is super. However, the room wasn’t soundproof at all. We could hear clearly basically anything outside, sound of steps, coughing, etc. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are a light sleeper. But maybe the hotel can improve the insulation, especially for the rooms at 2nd floor.

We’ve booked the hotel for our wedding in Georgia for one week. The overall experience was perfect. Small hotel, feels like you’ve come to the family. Clean, big and beautiful rooms. The view from the terrace in the evening is stunning. Management helped us to organise every wish, also things that were not regarded to our stay. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Can only recommend for the next visit in Tbilisi. Marianne, thank you and your team for everything.

Nice little hotel with a great location. Even though it is located very near the center of the city, the hotel's area is peaceful and quiet. The rooms and the common areas of the hotel are very clean and the overall hotel is well kept. Rooms are big with high ceilings but unfortunately have only french style balcony and as a solution, there's a cool terrace on the upper level of the hotel with ample sitting places and a nice view. The hotel's staff is friendly and very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
