This is an amazing hotel. The service was brilliant, the room was brilliant. The view from our room was amazing. The service was equal to a five star hotel, honestly. They helped us alot. The breakfast was spot on. I can't give these guys enough credit because they went above and beyond. Located right in the middle of tourist Pokhara.

Hotel City Inn Pokhara truly exceeded our expectations. Arriving late at night, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made us feel instantly welcome. Their assistance in guiding us to book a cab using the InDrive app showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. Our room was not only impeccably clean but also offered a jaw-dropping view of the majestic Himalayan mountain range. The panoramic scenery, especially during late December, was simply breathtaking. The clear visibility of the mountains added a magical touch to our stay. The hotel's strategic location, within walking distance to Fewa Lake and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, made exploring the area incredibly convenient. We found ourselves immersed in the vibrant local atmosphere within a mere 5-minute walk from the hotel. The mornings at Hotel City Inn started on a delightful note with a delicious breakfast, adding to the overall positive experience. The combination of excellent service, a pristine room, and stunning views made our stay memorable. For those planning a visit to Pokhara, late December proved to be the perfect time, offering crystal-clear views of the Himalayan mountains. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel City Inn Pokhara for an exceptional stay that combines comfort, convenience, and breathtaking natural beauty.

We stayed in this hotel in May 22. Had a great experience One specific incident needs to be communicated for which hotel My son fell ill due to food poisoning. He was vomiting non-stop. this happened late night inversion hours when we requested for help from the hotel, the manager himself did everything possible to make sure that every thing possible was done He helped us open the kitchen late night to prepare khichadi . He was standing there all the time making sure every thing is available to prepare the same He also accompanied us to the nearby hospital where emergency assistance was provided to the child. All this happened between 1 AM to 4 AM at night. We are most immensely grateful and thankful for this terrific support by the manager Overall, the hotel is superb and the view is great specially room number 504 We will definitely return to this hotel and stay again. The overall proximity to the lake and other locations is great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
