It is the perfect value for money city hotel in Rome. My room faced back yard but i preferred because it was quite, it was renovated and very comfortable. Only my door wouldn't lock but ok. The location!!!... really..I can't think of anything better. I have been to Roma 4 times. The breakfast is OK for the amount you are paying. The staff is great..all of them, they can assist you with everything and I felt very safe. I will definitely return and thank you!

Stayed in the suite and had a wonderful time. The building is tucked away and historic so it had a charm to it. The staff was always ready and willing to help and accommodate our needs and the hotel is right next to the Spanish steps. We were just far enough away to be away from the noise but close enough to hop over to the Spanish steps, shopping and if we went just a little further out, other monuments. Would go back again

Bathroom a little small with only a narrow gap between the sink and the shower cubicle although it was a large shower. The drawers in the wardrobe were almost impossible to open so we didn't use them. Staff very friendly, available and helpful. Only a few minutes walk from the central attractions in Rome. We would perhaps next time prefer a hotel with a bar/lounge facility where we could relax after a hectic day.

The room was immaculately clean, with coffee provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Coming from a cold climate, we could have used stronger air conditioning, but the front desk was kind enough to get us a fan, so we were comfortable.

Great location, comfortable beds, very clean, excellent staff, what more could you ask? They even went the extra step to add balloons and Prosecco upon our arrival for a birthday. Will definitely stay there next time I’m in Rome!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
