Really nice and helpful staff. Clean hotel and rooms, with free toothbrush, toothpaste etc, nice showers and good lighting. Beds were comfortable and we had a nice view overlooking the main street and caught the sunset in the evenings. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Only issue I had was the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room. Overall really enjoyed the stay and would recommend 👍

None of the bad comments I read confirmed in practice. Just a bit of noise on one of nights, but nothing worth reducing my rating. A hotel to sleep and take shower in good conditions, in great location allowing you to save travel time and enjoy beach or sightseeing pretty quick

Hotel location is great. The rooms? Were ok. They used a great photographer for the room listing because the photos looked great but When you get there, it’s definitely not the same. The beds looked great in photos but in person they were hard and ugly. The room smells like swamp when AC was on. Fortunately I was only there for 2 nights and I unfortunately got used to the smell: The bathroom looked nice in my opinion but shower didn’t seem constructed well. If I max out the water pressure of the shower, the water overfills and leaks very easily onto bathroom floor. When we arrived on a hot humid day, the AC was off so we had to wait hours for the room to cool. The fridge wasn’t working. I spent most my time outside and only spent 2 nights here so I didn’t bother complaining about anything. The service was good. The front desk was always very friendly. However, I didn’t like that on my departure they called a cab for me(thinking I was going to get a deal because it’s one of their guys) when I could’ve just got one on the street in 10 seconds as opposed to waiting 15min because it was the same price anyway. $40+ Euros to airport. Overall, I honestly won’t come back. I feel like I could’ve easily booked a cheaper hotel with better rooms and slightly worse location and I would’ve been happier. As transportation around Barcelona is easily accessible.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was nice and quiet. The area felt safe and close to all the good places. The beds were comfy. I highly recommend the breakfast. Food was fresh and delish. The thing I most appreciated was the concierge! The gentleman at the front and his associate was extremely helpful. They held our luggage for us after checkout and even called a cab for us. I wish I could have left a tip for them but I did not have cash on hand to do so. Anyways, great hotel!

The beds were weird, we expected to have a double bed. One of the days in breakfast the cheese had mold on which should not be served like that. We didn’t get a nice attitude when my husband was back from the beach volley and so was warm and couldn’t have a t-shirt on. We also asked the hotel to call taxi for us to go to the airport, it costed 47 euros but we had got taxi from the airport to the hotel for around 30 euros. So I don’t know if it was because of the hotel agreement and taxi company but it was very expensive!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
