Amazing hotel, gym was out of class. It's a full-on functional commercial gym connected to the hotel. I never had a hotel gym like this ever before. Being a serious bodybuilder, this gym was breeze for me while traveling. Hotel staff was very cooperative and friendly, especially Diego, Natalia, Begona, and Eva. Amazing hotel, lovely staff.

Hotel is located in a great location and structure is very beautiful however, there is absolutely no security when it comes to your personal belongings. Some of my personal items were stolen from the room i was staying in and unfortunately the hotel did not do anything to replace nor compensate for them. If you stay here i would suggest walking around with your personal items. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SAFE !! The house keepers know the codes.

Loved our stay at this place. Hotel is immaculate and clean. Rooms are amazing and the city view was very nice from the room. We stayed there with our kids and enjoyed very min of it. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
