Location Great location. The train station exit was just below, with a bus stop nearby that had a few bus services. Starbucks on the first floor and TKK Chicken and other food stalls nearby. There are also other retailers like Zara, Uniqlo, H&M, and Poya nearby. The downside (or upside for some) is that there are 2 nightclubs in the same building. As it is a commercial building and the hotel only takes up the 13th floor, you will have to share lifts with many people, sometimes you need to wait at least 2 or 3 lifts to be able to squeeze inside finally. Not only that, you will have to share lifts with drunkards and people high on alcohol/others. This is quite disconcerting to people who just want to return to their hotel in peace. Amenities Breakfast provided is quite nice but the options are limited. A simple salad bar with about 3 to 4 ingredients to choose from, porridge bar with various toppings, bread/toast station, and some fruits. The drinks are also limited to orange juice, milk, tea (3 options), americano, and latte. Snacks like crackers are provided throughout the day after breakfast until around midnight. There are 4 sweet and savoury options. There is a self-serve laundry area with 2 washing machines (TWD20 for 30 minutes of washing), and 1 dryer (TWD20 for 30 minutes). Laundry detergent is provided. I would try to do laundry at time when others are unlikely to be in the hotel to avoid having to wait your turn. (SOME people leave their clothes and hog the machines, not sure if the staff can do anything about that). Inside the room, bottle water, tea, and coffee are provided. Basic things like toothbrushes, soap, razors, and shower caps are provided. Mouthwash is provided at random as sometimes they refill them during housekeeping but sometimes they don't. A hairdryer, mini-fridge, and TV are also provided in the room but there is no microwave. Service It is a basic 3-star hotel so do not expect any crazy wonderful service. The staff are polite and will fulfill their duty, of course. When we order food to our room, they will call and notify us that our delivery is here. We had to get our shopping delivered back to our room they assisted us in retrieving the delivery for safekeeping from the 1st-floor security where the delivery driver had dropped them off. Housekeeping is available daily but their service seems a little inconsistent as sometimes the room is sparkling clean and sometimes the floor doesn't feel very clean. Reception can also assist in arranging for airport transfer. We were quoted TWD1400 for a Sunday mid-afternoon ride with 2 persons and 3 luggage. The driver (Mr. Zhang) was early so we did not have to wait, friendly and chatty during the ride, offered to take our pieces of luggage, and got us to the airport in a comfortable and quick ride. It is a small hotel but with sufficient amenities and services for a comfortable and quaint stay. My biggest turn-off was sharing lifts with people high off their a--.

On the 13TH FLOOR. It's clean and there were no noise coming from the entertainment venues downstairs (the whole building is an entertainment venue). It's steps away from subway station, 10 min drive to Songshan airport and it's in a happening area. I wouldn't stay here for more than 2 nights. There's no windows in our room nor the lobby so you don't see the sun plus the air circulation is so poor and stuffy. The walls and curtains are of a dark color which accentuates the lack of sunlight. Not a comfortable environment. Room size, shower, mattress is good.

Stayed there for several days during a recent trip to Taipei. We got a good deal for a room for 3 pax thru Agoda. Very convenient for us coz the entrance/exit 2 of Zhingxiao Dunhua station of the Blue Line is literally in front the bldg where the hotel is located. I initially got confused about their exact location coz the ground floor of the bldg apparently has a bar and a Starbucks store. Staff were very helpful and accomodating, and are very good in English. Our room was clean and spacious — it is actually good for 4pax. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. They provide free "buffet-style" breakfast, which includes congee, bread, salads, ham, coffee, juice, fresh fruits, etc. There are toasters also to heat/toast the bread. They also provide jars of free snacks, which they place at the designated dining area. There are nearby convenience stores and some restaurants. By default, they apparently do regular cleaning of rooms, unless the guests will specify otherwise. They have free WiFi, but we barely used it coz we usually connect to the internet through our rented pocket WiFi and purchased eSim — signal is very good coz the cellsite/s are located literally right across the street. Overall, it was a pleasant stay there. Definitely a recommended place to stay at Taipei especially if you're travelling in a group. They accept credit cards (e.g. MC, Visa, JCB, Amex)

Reached hotel at 5pm, was told that room was not ready despite check-in time was supposed to be 3pm. Male service staff was very rude and unprofessional, using a condescending tone when we were asking for a possibility of a change of room (we booked two rooms but they gave us rooms there were not near each other at all). Room appeared to be clean, but upon inspection, there were lots of dust and rubbish swept under the bed. The bed looked old as well, with some stains appearing at the side of it.

Location is good, just in front of MRT station, and close to convenient store. Breakfast is simple but nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
