Started with the valet team who were super nice and helpful. Very nice surrounding area. The hotel itself is decorated very nicely. However, the bathroom does have a glass frosted window to the room which we weren’t expecting and we’re traveling with a friend. Also, we were on the 10th floor and starting at 11pm the rooftop starts playing very loud music until 3 am. The rooftop floor is two levels up. When we called we were told the noise cannot be lowered but they would change our room. It was too late and we were too sprawled out, so we didn’t take them up on it. But I do recommend that be told upfront at check-in and considered when booking.

The hotel is definitely a vibe! The decoration is beautiful! Location is amazing! Right in the heart of Buckhead and next to the mall. Valet is so warming and helpful! The front desk isn’t as cheerful upon arrival when we checked in the clerk didn’t direct us to the elevator or ask us if we had any questions. She just quietly checked us in with no warmness. The bartender was amazing! We had our 2 small kids and she went above and beyond while we sat downstairs. There isn’t a microwave on the property which is why I left the 1 star out and front desk clerk not giving us any information other then the card payment went through and telling us the room number. It’s definitely a gorgeous property. I would come back again but maybe not with my kids since I do need an option to warm up milk or snack for them.

My stay at this hotel Was the best. This was my first time at this hotel and the experience was amazing. The front desk is so inviting and friendly. KJ has the best personality and was very respectful. Anything I needed down to finding my daughter a safety pin for her dress,she was able to get it for me. The hotel was extremely packed and helpful to everyone that was with me. KJ also offered is these ridiculously awesome tasting Cookies. I definitely will be back to this hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The lobby is awesome and I love the eclectic design it is so fun! I only gave them a 4 for service because we had to wait over 30 minutes to get a luggage cart when we checked in but our friend from valet went over and above board and she found one, I am sorry I cannot remember her name.. ugh.. I should have written it down. She was awesome. It was not her job but she said “I am the first person you see and I represent the hotel and myself” she was amazing. The front desk check in was a little weird because their cc machine didn’t work so I couldn’t use the card I wanted and the said they couldn’t split the bill and blah blah blah. Also, I was misrepresented when making the room reservations. The girl making them told me the price but did not mention they were jacking the price up for the second night! Not cool. Overall a good experience just be careful when booking.

Stayed there Dec 8th and was charged a smoking fee and I dont even smoke. Me and my wife stayed there for a wedding and made hotel aware that we didnt smoke in room and they pretty much told us to take it up with your bank. Sent us a chart saying that some monitors they they had in there showed we smoked in the room when we never did. This is very upsetting because my card was charged $250 and ee never smoked in room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
