It's what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel and more, that's why I gave the four *, staff pleasant and friendly, rooms clean and tide that suits your needs, I checked in solo, my single bed room was nice and fitting, the placement in the city is a huge plus you can go wherever you please in Casablanca from there. And you can use all of the good places (F&B stores, markets etc) neighboring the Colisee Hotel.

Nice hotel, rooms are rather small. staffs are respectful and helpful. Nice breakfast. It has AC which is a plus in winter nights.The only negative point was cockroach.

There were cockroaches in my bedroom and when I went downstairs to tell reception, an older guy asked me if I had left the window open. No I didn't! I thought there was only one but then another one appeared and now I am scared sleeping. I have been in Morocco for a month now, other hotels that looked worse than this didn't have any insect in them! They should refund me the money really

Really bad experience. The room was dirty, only one towel. The shampoo was used and the clothes bed with bad smell. We found many ants on the floor (images attached) and water stuck in the shower (image attached), it was impossible to take a shower to be honest. They wanted to charged 500 MAD and the price in Google and Booking was 290 MAD. The only good thing was the breakfast, nothing wooow but ok.

Very small room. Insects x 10. Looking out at dumpsters. Rubbish outside of hotel. Staff pleasant. Hot water for shower. Tv worked. Walking distance to church and mosque.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
