LOVELY experience at Hotel Collect! Wonderful from start to finish. Angeli greeted us kindly, offered lots of information about sites in Budapest, and showed us several rooms to choose from. The room we stayed in was beautifully appointed with modern, yet warm furnishings. The included breakfast was light and delicious. Looking forward to another stay at Hotel Collect!

Such a beautiful hotel. Tucked away in a quiet spot, but easy waking distance to all the main attractions. The room was very clean and welcoming with lovely fittings and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious. But the staff were outstanding, really friendly and helpful. We stupidly forgot our adaptors but staff kindly provided us with some they had, they couldn't have done more to make our stay any better. Will definitely stay here again should we visit Budapest again.

An outstanding hotel. Excellent location. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, filled with light and nicely decorated. The service throughout our stay was remarkable and excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was served as a buffet, but with great attention to us and in a quiet and pleasant setting. It's a shame we didn't have time to sit and enjoy the inviting patio. Highly recommended

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Collect Budapest recently, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. This boutique hotel is a true gem in the heart of Budapest. First and foremost, the cleanliness of this establishment is impeccable. The location of Hotel Collect Budapest is great, everything is just steps away. What truly sets Hotel Collect apart is its amazing staff. The hospitality I experienced here was unparalleled. In addition to the wonderful service, the hotel's decor is tasteful and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The attention to design details throughout the property added to the overall charm of my stay.

Beautiful small hotel conveniently located in a quiet area yet close to a metro station and the Jewish quarter with lots of restaurant and bars. Very comfortable bed, spacious room, tasty breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff. Especially Anjali was very helpful and gave lots of tips. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
