Great cheap place right in the middle of everything, if staying here try not to walk past it like i did lol, only a glass door and hallway that leads the the reception in another area off the street so keep your eyes open but it's right across from the Regent theatre. Rooms are of good size and mostly clean i did see mold in the bathroom floor. But would stay there again and the reception staff where very helpful and welcoming.

Just back from a wonderful two night staycation at the fantastic Hotel Collins. This hotel is ideally located and surrounded by the best of Melbourne’s shopping, bars & restaurants. We went across the road to see Moulin Rouge and then to the great Teppanyaki restaurant at the bottom of the hotel ~ all so convenient and fun! Our room was a good size, nicely decorated and quiet. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here for long or short stays like ours. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back!

Very difficult to find entrance as its literally an alleyway between shops. However once located, keys afe to left before the glass door with code to get key. Lift access, very old lift not for those with mobility issues. On entry clean neat tidy, very very dated. The bedroom window you cant see through as frosted. Shower was fine enough pressure, linen and toiletries as expected. Huge step from shower to main area, not child friendly or for those with mobility issues, the step is nearly to the knee. The sofa well you sit down and the lounge is very low, so if you are frail and issues getting up you will have a problem with lounge. Parking is a nightmare, told to go to Wilsons there are two Wilsons, we got stung for parking $158 for less than 9 hours as arrived late and checked out early, but wrong Wilsons theres one either side of Collins Street. Would I book again, no, parking as stated nightmare however if you want to be close to the theatres its acceptable price wise for being close to those areas. Limited shops you have to walk to get some supplied and the usual 711 etc around. Check out process was fine no issues with that.

Nice place, very chill, room was super clean and well put together. 3 rooms altogether, bedroom, living room with kitchen attached, and bathroom with shower. Rated a 4, as the wifi was pretty inconsistent and didn't seem to even cover the entire room, and the shower was one of those "hinged pipe with a shower head" deals, so couldn't take it down or wash at an angle. Still, overall positive experience, with a superb location, albeit a wee bit difficult to spot. It's kinda dwarfed by the theatre next-door, so you could miss it as you walk by.

Perfect location @ the high end of Collins Street next-door to Prestigious night Venues, Theatre's & Designer shops. Beautiful heritage building with all of its charms, clean rooms & fancy hallways, quiet & peaceful for the heart of City. Staff are extremely friendly providing a high standard of customer service & accommodation experience. Highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
