It was a nice space, and they had a full bath! It was also useful that the sink was outside the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi mostly worked but was a little weak. The hotel is close to a few restaurants nearby, not far from some bus stops.

The staff is friendly and always smiling but that’s about everything good about this hotel. The images on booking are very well touched but the place is really not as aesthetically pleasing as advertised. Firstly, there is no light: at reception, the hallways, the room - it honestly feels like a cave, very depressing. The room has such a tiny prison-like window that it just makes you wanna run away outside as soon as you wake up. There was no kettle and coffee/tea for the morning, no mini bar, just a couple of small fridges in the hallways that had water bottles in them. The room is really small, the bed almost touches the wall on one of the sides (hence there’s only one side bed drawer). The bathroom and toilette are in no way shape or form isolated from the room. Thank god my partner and I are quite alright with no boundaries but I know some couples prefer more privacy, which you definitely don’t get in the toilette (there’s a glass door that doesn’t isolate properly the facility). I know it’s Barcelona and hotels are generally pricey, but this is definitely not good value for money. For the same price you can go to much better hotels (I compared with friends who were always staying in Barcelona at the same time as us) in the same or even better areas, just don’t choose this one.

Paper thin walls. Should get in trouble for advertising as having sound proofing. Our last night the absolute knobs in the room next to us got home late, packed all their stuff while fighting and us hearing absolutely every word they said, then leaving noisily again at 5am. Not the hotel's fault they were horrible guests, but absolutely the hotel's fault that we could hear every single word. Quite sad because we couldn't hear any road noise, just all the guests above and beside us. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and the location decent.

We came for a long weekend,on arrival we were greeted by polite & friendly staff.Our room was spotless,however very limited natural light due to a very small window which made it dark. Breakfast had a wide variety of different choices to chose from,staff were helpful & nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend to stay for a short break,central location. 😊👍

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Only knock we had were that the beds were inordinately hard, and very strange small pillows. Otherwise a lovely hotel, and very well situated

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
