Absolutely amazing experience! We booked the place after reading the reviews, and were worried about being disappointed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great and rooftop is lively with excellent views. I would only suggest that you take the room facing the east side as they have little balconies and sun, especially needed in the winter.

The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to a young lady whose name I unfortunately forgot. But her kindness, helpfulness, and warm welcome made a lasting impression. She not only efficiently handled the formalities but also ensured that our room was tailor-made for comfort and enjoyment. And boy, was it! Our room was a sanctuary – spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and exuding a cozy charm that made it feel like a home away from home. Opting for a front room with a balcony turned out to be a brilliant choice, allowing us to soak in the energy of the bustling city. The hotel's location in an area adorned with luxury stores added an extra layer of convenience and indulgence to our stay. It was a paradise for those who love a bit of upscale shopping. A super hotel in a beautiful area. Lovely helpful staff, and very pet friendly to our dog. The rooftop bar is gorgeous at night and the views are spectacular. Rooms have everything you need and bathrooms are big and the shower really good.

We stayed 4 nights here. Excellent walkability for shopping, dining and sightseeing. Great service at the desk during check in and check out. They helped us get taxis when needed and also offered recommendations. It was also nice to have a rooftop bar to go when we didn’t want to leave the hotel, although food was not great. Also need more tequila options at the bar. The only reason why I wouldn’t book this hotel again would be because the bed, pillows and sheets were not comfortable and could be better quality.

Wonderful location marred by poor service, and atrocious room control. We were upgraded which we are thankful for however the shower had a broken drain, flooded the bathroom and hallway, and nearly wet our items. The concierge and doorman were cordial at first but within the day the service plummeted. We stayed at the Seventy Hotel for the first half of our trip here and highly recommend that hotel over this for everything except for the view and location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
