Great location (short walk from Shin-Osaka station and by 2 convenience stores) with decent sized rooms. Was slightly dirty and the plug socket in our room didn't work. Came with many amenities though and front desk were friendly.

A budget hotel for a budget conscious traveler. Rooms are small which is standard for a japanese hotel. A very friendly staff & cleanliness will compensate for their downside. Add to this is the great location. Two train stations with 2 minutes walk makes it a more convenient to stay in this hotel. Abundance of restaurants & convenience stores within the vicinity.

Good location but minus points for room size and cleanliness. Ceiling is way too low for comfort and room is too tight to fit 2 person. Dust particles can be seen the air. Did not have a good experience staying at the hotel.

Typical japanese business hotel. Very convenient location (in front of Nishinakajimaminamigata metro station), and walking distance from Shin-Osaka station. Convenience store below a minute walking distance from the hotel as well. Cleanliness was good, and staff at the reception desk was pleasant. Did not try the breakfast service, so cannot rate it. WiFi signal level was not too strong at my room, but was enough for sending e-mails or whatsapp messages. Overall, an excellent value for what I paid.

The staff are nice when you walk in. They lend you umbrella if it is raining dont misplace it. If you are staying by yourself one night. It would be ok. But with a family I would not recommend this hotel. We put three guests and we recieved a room with a twin bed and 1 xltwin bed. The rest room has a step to go up. You dont fit comfortably on the toilet because of the bidet. The sink and shower share the same faucet, make sure you are turning on the correct thing. Make sure to leave your shoes at the door there are slippers to use in the room that you can keep. The laundry is on the basement floor. It has some instructions in english on the wall make sure to have 100 yen coins. The only thing I would recommend about this hotel is the breakfast at 1100 yen. It is very filling many options. The door is one key per room which you return to front desk every morning.
