The hotel is next to the Frankfurt mainstation. It is useful if you travel by train. Nevertheless, the location is really loud and in the evening you feel not that secure. The hotel is really old. And the walls could be repainted. Furthermore they are really tiny. You hear a lot of noise from outside because of the windows. Overall it was clean and okay for one night. But next time I will stay in another hotel. As I had no breakfast, I cannot comment in this.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. We were in 4 different rooms. The couples did not have double beds; they were 2 singles separated. All the rooms were dirty and smelled of tobacco, with towels stained with blood in the corridor. I saw the service room with bed sheets stacked with plenty of dirt. Also, we have gone to the reception to tell them and they started laughing in another language. This hotel should be closed. AWFUL.

The front desk staff was very friendly, but that’s where the good point really end. The photos on google are very, very misleading. This is a low end hotel that is in desperate need of refurbishment. I would absolutely not bring children here, all the floors and walls are filthy and stained. The shower hasn’t any hot water. Nothing has been truly cleaned or cared for in years.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst hotels I have been to. The light in my room didn't work, there was no handle on the balcony window, so you could enter the room from the balcony at any time. The heater in the bathroom didn't work at all, the shower door didn't close. Cracked walls, dirty carpet, old studs in the walls, broken stove in the middle of the room. No wifi. No hot water at noon. The only good thing is a clean bed and a good breakfast.

It's near Frankfort Main, so location wise it's good but it fails on the number of parameters: 1. One can find it cheaper if booked online than what you get in offer at reception. 2. Rooms are very compact and you won't get satisfaction of 60-70 Euro per night stay hotel. 3. Not suitable for family at all since it's like a "BhootBangla" from inside 4. Lunch-Dinner is not available, only breakfast gets served in rooms for 6-10 Euro in a very small quantity 5. The lights in the room, shower, lift and beds ensure that you're at cheap place. Don't go to this hotel, if any other Excellent rated available near to Frankfurt Main in Bonn.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
