Nice hotel located just a short walk from the centre and castle. Lady on the reception was very polite. I had superior single room on 10th floor with great view. There was everything you need including bathrobe and slippers. Matrass was perfect - hard enough. Room was clean. Just shame that there's no carpet in the room just floor and water pressure in the shower was too low.

Nice hotel that we often use for business trips. I had a design single room… I like how colourful it was, and that the toilet and shower were separate. There was a bathrobe and slippers. The bed and linen were extremely comfortable. The room had a balcony and also a kettle and coffee maker, and a safe… so very well equipped. The breakfast was very nice as well with many options, lots of fruit too. I loved their sencha tea. I would just recommend to have more vegan options like soy or oat milk, vegan pastries, vegan cheese and yogurt, etc.

Enjoyed this hotel. Bed linens had been washed but still had very minor stains. Otherwise everything was perfect. The staff here are great and the breakfast is excellent. There is even a small but very nice outside seating area. Really liked the room. Just be aware that the hotel is a very vertical place. You are likely to be quite high up.

The room was nice, quiet, it is comfortable and clean. The only thing maybe is the service during the breakfast, they are removing your still unfinished plate, cleaning your table and placing new plates, cups while you are still there and try to quietly drink your coffee. And it was not the end of the service so it just gave me twice (first and second day) the feeling that I should take super quickly my breakfast and move. Not super pleasant even if it is a detail...otherwise really nice hotel.

The staff is really nice and professional. We needed to leave early before breakfast time and they made us a brunch package for the trip. It is also dog-friendly and the location is perfect. Absolutely recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
