Wonderful beach hotel. Spotlessly clean. We had a view of the sea and were gently lulled to sleep at night by the sound of the waves. Spacious rooms. Breakfast is plentiful and good. Top notch, friendly customer service. Restaurant in hotel which we plan on trying next visit.

I really don't understand some negative reviews here, but I absolutely don't see anything wrong with this hotel. Very cozy, extremely retro. If you like the retro look and experience old Italy, this is the place for you. Old school vibe with modern amenities.

At my arrival, I waited 2 hours because the room was not ready. They give me the room key, I go up and find the room occupied with someone else’s suitcases, I go down, they apologize, they give me another room, the air conditioning didn’t work, the bathroom was tiny and I had to stay with the door closed otherwise I couldn’t sit on the toilet, I always repeat without air conditioning, 40 degrees in the bathroom.

A nice small hotel near the beach, run by a family the only problem was they did not allow late check out while we checked in at 11 pm and we pay for the full night

Decent hotel near the airport. Breakfast was good and the room was quiet with a comfortable bed. Staff is nice as well. If you have an early flight or want to stay at the beach it's a good option.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
