I thought it was a love hotel because it was listed on a love hotel introduction site, but it's actually a business hotel. The room is small. The bathroom is also small. No bathroom TV, no bubble. However, it's beautiful and might be fine if you just want to sleep for one night. It's ridiculously expensive since it's in Tokyo. The lady at the reception was polite and nice. Honestly, if the curtains were thicker, it wouldn't be so bright in the morning.

I made a reservation a month in advance and used it for sightseeing with friends. The lady at the reception was very responsive and I had a great time. The room we stayed in was generally smaller than it looks in the photo, but it had a calm feel and I would especially recommend it for couples. Personally, I was happy because there were a lot of amenities. If I had the chance, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the employees of Hotel Corest for giving us such a wonderful time.

I searched for a love hotel on Google and it had good reviews, so I went in with my girlfriend and the room was small and lacked sex appeal. In the end, I gave up because it was a business hotel. The only good thing was that the lady at the reception was cute lol Oh, Wi-Fi is 37Mbps up and 11Mbps down, which is good for businessmen.

The female clerk who has worked here for many years is the best! The bed has a proper mattress and the room is stylish. The amenities are also nice, and I have visited her from time to time. It's not scary and easy for women to stay overnight even if they're alone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
