        Well the rooms are ok but the beds are 2 separate single beds it was hard to sleep on it the manager was rude when we checked in everything went good but at the end we had to pay 48 euros just for a tax who no one ever told us i wanted to take a shower and the water was so cold i had to tell the manager he told me that we get water if we leave it to run for 2 minutes but nothing so he lied to us only in the night we get hot water the shower was bad only one was working the head shower was rusty water at the toilet wont stop working the doors to go in was bad made it took me 10 tries to open it was so bad everything was bad the lift was ok small but ok food indeed was so good but the rest of the stay was bad i would recomand not to stay at all bad decision😡😤🤬

        Amazing location, literally 2 min walk from Termini with lots of restaurants nearby. Great service from front desk, very friendly. Only removing a star due to construction which started very early in the morning and continued until 9-10pm

        The location is the best thing about this hotel. The room can do with more love and maintenance but it sufficed my need as a solo traveler who walked around Rome throughout the day which is a place to leave my luggage, sleep and have a nice shower. If you’re not picky and want to rather spend your $$ on better food and experience. Then this will be a good option as you won’t want to spend much time in your room anyway specially when in Rome.

        We were very disappointed with the property. The hotel is basic and old. The bathroom does not have a lock and the door does not shut . The most irritating part was the reception. I did not get there names but the staff attending to the recpetion so unhelpful and 1 gentleman there would only answer your questions if you spoke Italian. He knew English but would not help if you asked him anything in English. Despite of requesting for extra linen in the room since we were 3 people and the linen provided was for only 2 , we were not given any and the response was absolutely cold. The elevator is super tiny !We toured all over Italy and this was our worst stay with a very impolite reception staff!!! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone . The only reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 is its location from the main train station and a balcony that was attached to our room .
