We arrived here this week. Frequent visitors to Florence . First time at Constantino . What a fantastic location and staff. Absolute new favorite place ! Rooms large , great shower pressure and hot water. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else from now on. But for now. We have 10 more nights here. The best.

Perfect location if you want to be in the heart of the action. Book here if you want a spotless room in convenient location. Hotel was the cleanest we’ve ever been to. Staff were nice although not a 24hr reception and not sure how easy to get a hold of after hours. Rooms had great sound insulation from the street noise, but not from the corridor and other rooms. We could hear the phone alarm of the room next to us, and high heels in the corridor, for example. Room very dated (although spotless). Lacked many facilities aside from a tea making station and expensive mini bar. Value for money could be improved.

Right opposite to duomo. Room was spacious and clean, but somehow washroom had a weird smell, bearable though. The shower diverter needed to be fixed, kept falling off repeatedly, but did the job. Everything was pretty much walkable. Please bear with the bell sound every morning and night, since it is next to duomo. Also, the rooms are not sound proof, if someone laughed in the corridor you can hear it clearly inside the room. This was a little disturbance in the late nights.

Perfect location, very kind and knowledgeable staff. We stayed in February 2023 and enjoyed every minute. Rooms were spotless, not huge, but what does it matter? Go out and enjoy Firenze! Its all right at your fingertips!

Great location, super clean, very comfortable beds, and a great shower. Because of the proximity to the bell tower, you will for sure hear it, but we did not mind. I recommend this hotel is perfect in our experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
