Our power has surged 10 times in our 3 day stay. It likes to just power off in the middle of the night and then power back up resulting in ALL the lights blaring on, mid sleep! We don't have anything crazy plugged in, in fact we have unplugged stuff on purpose just to be extra safe! The bathrooms are glass doors, if you come with someone, make sure you are real comfortable with them! Not a friendly staff at all unfortunately. The place is very clean though! And trendy atmosphere. Not worth having 0 sleep, but still it's nice inside.

What an incredible experience! We arrived at the hotel to discover our reservation (booked by a third party) was never made. Roy at the front desk immediately worked to resolve the situation ... not only did he set us up with a lovely room, but also checked us in 3 hours early AND matched the rate the original travel agent had quoted us! The complimentary breakfast was a good balance of "western" basics (cereal, fruit, eggs, toast) with local dishes... the pumpkin soup and the braised pork and rice was delicious!! The hotel decor is modern, clean with a calm, comfortable atmosphere. The service and hospitality exceptional. Highly recommend.

nice and clean hotel, convenient location, nice people, love it! Here is the details: Quiet and safe location, Carrefour Market/7-11/family mart near by. majority food options are two or three blocks near by. About 10-20 min taxi to major tourist attractions. There is also a subway station few blocks away. front desk was helpful to assist in the check in and check out process and calling taxi for us to the airport. Breakfast has variety options including cereals/bakery goods/ local soups/salads and even typical lunch dish steam sea bass, Braised pork rice，stewed meatball (unfortunately they don't serve dinners, i would definitely give it a try if they do). Hotel rooms are spacious and clean, great sunlight. Overall great experience and will definitely come back here.

When our travel agent messed up our reservation, Roy at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful and managed to get us a room at the same rate, and even was able to get us a room a little early as he felt bad for our situation. He was amazing! The hotel is lovely. Tastefully decorated. The room is well appointed and nicely decorated. The staff has been so helpful. Breakfast was massive and plentiful. A little different than a typical North American Breakfast but it has a bit of everything. We have been so happy here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely loved our time here as a family! The room felt really luxurious and we were happy to retire early every day back to our room. Service was great from every staff, reception to housekeeping. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in Taipei.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
