This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is on a busy main Road with trams out the front, the roller shutters and second set of windows do not work and the staff do not care and are unwilling to help. It is impossible to sleep because of the noise of the trams and emergency service vehicles at night. The decor of the hotel and rooms looks like it hasn't been changed since the early 80s. Stay away from this place at all costs it has nothing going for it.

I spent my 2 nights in Milan in this sophisticated hotel. From check in to check out, everywhere went smoothly and perfectly fine! The room has a beautiful vintage touch and great balcony view. Breakfast was included too. I highly recommend!

Such rude employees!! Do not go here unless you want to pay a lot and get a rude attitude and poor service from the staff. We’re currently staying at the hotel. My mom is quite old, she lost her way back to the hotel and didn’t have service on her phone but she did have the hotel phone number. So she called the reception and asked for the address (the worker’s name is Alejandro) he mumbled something and hung up on her. Meanwhile I told him that I lost my mom and asked if he saw her, he said that he didn’t and didn’t even try to help or think to let me know that she called! I had to run in the streets to find her.. after that we confronted him, and he rudely said that she should know the way by now. Can’t believed we paid a such a high price for this disgusting service! Just do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere where they respect you…

We were lucky to book this Hotel, although not exactly at the center but it is almost 10 to 15 minutes away walking from all major attractions in Milan. The rooms are good, could do better with an extra electric kettle and some bath slippers, but never the less they were good. The breakfast buffet is decent and has a collection of salads, scrambled eggs, cheese, fruits, sweet pastries, coffee and juices. The 26 tram on M3 is right outside the hotel 3 stops and you are at the Duomo. The staff are very gentle and welcoming, they are also helpful at all times.

Excellent spot in Milan. Park your car securely there. The staff is very kind and helpful. I needed hot water for my tea. They brought a kettle to my room in 5 minutes

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
