We had such a friendly welcome and were given a room with an incredible mountain view! The staff were so friendly here and I even made a good friend in my time here with Raj who is so attentive, such a friendly and sweet natured guy, he is the professional at this job. The entire team were so friendly and always greet you with a smile, good food, fair prices and perfect location. I can see why many mountain guides recommend here for clients, I won’t stay anywhere else next time I am in Pokhara!

I do NOT recommend the hotel! First we found 5 cockroaches in our room! We changed the room but in the second one the towels were as dirty and worn out as in the first one. The sheets have holes and the furniture is very worn out as well. Breakfast was a joke, we had much better breakfasts in a tea house in the mountain and we never received our teas although were the only ones having breakfast. The hotel looked good from the outside but is not well maintained and is just not worth compromising your stay in the beautiful Pokhara.

This hotel will give you the warmest welcome to Pokhara you can wish for! The rooms are clean and spacious, with airco, a view on the mountains and in a quiet street. All the staff of the hotel are genuinely friendly and the hotel breaths a very positive vibe. Do try their kitchen, I had great noodles! Special thanks to Raj for his endless smile and walking me to the best massage in town, and to Madan for putting me on the right bus to Lumbini 🙏 All of the staff will help you as best as they possibly can. No effort is too much for them. I will certainly stay here again when in Pokhara next time!

Very fantastic hotel with great service from everyone..to name a few, Resam, Raj, Chef, Madhan and others. They are synonymous with hospitality. Chabbi is a good business man at the same time his hospitality is very natural. Only thing is bit expensive compared to others. Chef make your customised food whole heartedly. Safe to eat here.

Based on booking free pick up and free drop but they charge me for drop.. room hot water not working ..... bath shower not working ... its really bad experiences in this hotel based on price....

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
