Wow, this is such a great room. We had a huge room with a couch and a big bathroom (loved the bathroom!), and comfy beds. The people at the reception were so kind. When we asked whether I could have a lunch package because I won't make breakfast due to an early check out, they said "fret not". There is a tram stop right around the corner and a lidl across. Can't recommend it more.

Stayed here early December, 2023. Booked for location and sauna. Location was great. When I asked where the sauna was located I was told by the front desk clerk that it wasn't working; no apologies or explanation. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, but staff unable to handle busy time, so tables not cleared promptly and food items not restocked promptly either. The room was nice, but it had the coldest showers I've EVER had in a hotel. Also when brought up to front desk, no apologies or explanation. With the frigid temps in DE, the sauna or at least a hot shower is what we wanted, but, no on both counts. IMHO, nice hotel, but NOT A 4 STAR.

Good convenient location, close to S bahn station, but in a neighbourhood which feels very safe and quiet. Breakfast with a good selection considering European standard. Service is alright.

This hotel is in a fantastic location next to the Muhlberg train station on all of the S-lines or you can walk the 3km to the centre area. The breakfast has lots of choices with espresso coffee from an auto machine. It can get crowded at 8-830 and the staff have some trouble keeping up with table clearing. Avoid this time if possible and it will be great. I showed up severely jet lagged, dehydrated, and struggling with the humidity and they let me into my room an hour early which was very kind If from North America remember hotel rooms and beds are smaller in Europe. My only suggestion is to add a shelf in the showers for use of personal toiletries while showering Highly recommend for all types of travellers

If you are looking for a good hotel at a budget price, this place ticks all the boxes. Clean, well appointed rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Location is ok, not great....nothing really around immediate vicinity...Old Sachsenhausen a 10 min walk away...and S-Bahn train to city is accross the street...Breakfast room can get quite crowded and somewhat chaotic when hotel is full

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
