I would definitely recommended staying at Hotel Cumbres Lastarria. The location was the best, walking distance to everything and the neighborhood felt very safe. Great breakfast included. Excellent balcony with suite room. Nice pool for 88 degree days.

I can not say enough about this hotel and staff. I see why they have a high rating. A great choice on every level, location, rooms. Breakfast, Mercedes-Benz, car service, VALUE. Rene, front desk manager, is perfect, he can make anything happen.

The hotel needs to be better kept. Points that were not up to my expectations: AC noisy and stopped working in the middle of the second night. There is no minibar but 2 bottles of water. No room service. There was a piece of cheese in the middle of a corridor and took 1 day to be cleaned. TV remote had hard time working. bathroom has bo door, obly glass partition - no privacy. I would nit come again.

A great hotel in the heart of Lastarria. There are many restaurants easily accessible within a few meters. The hotel itself is very clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff hospitable. Reason for 4-stars: Reception called us at 11 PM to remind of us of our complimentary wine. Im sure the intention was good but please DO NOT call guests that late at night. I could not sleep after being woken up at 11 PM, and it really made my day extremely tiring.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Cumbres! We stayed for over a week as we explored Santiago and visited my daughter who was studying abroad in the city. The room was clean and comfortable and was a wonderful rest place between adventures. Two highlights: the staff and the breakfast. From the first moment the staff were welcoming, helpful, and kind. They had great recommendations on must do activities and great places to eat. The breakfast was fabulous, with a great variety of coffee drinks, fresh fruit, baked goods, and amazing views of the city, not to mention the kindest staff (shoutout to Samuel!) Lastarria is a the perfect location and we would highly highly recommend Hotel Cumbres to anyone looking to explore the beauty of Santiago, Chile.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
