This is a great hotel. I usually stay in 5 star hotels but couldn’t justify it for the Tokyo pricing. I wasn’t disappointed! The fact that it is a love hotel just means more amenities in the room. Otherwise, you wouldn’t know the difference.

Decent for the price. Could use better storage space for clothing. However this hotel is not really meant for long stays. Adult only really means short time hotel. Considering that it is pretty quiet and clean. Plenty of entertainment in the area. 7eleven and other convenience stores, Subway within a 5 minute walk.

Good location and easy to find. Accessing a room is fairly simple via a touch screen and then handing the receipt to an unseen clerk. The room is very nice and a great place to relax for a few hours to a night. You can also order food at cost price from nearby establishments. The unseen desk clerk does not speak much english but we were able to still get by. Also there are no English instructions in the room for any controls. Would like to have stayed longer.

I should have called the police. I checked the amount in advance and extended it, but I made a mistake in telling them the amount! It was doubled. This is the worst scam store. I will never go there again. be careful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
