Excellent location in Lisbon, close to everything. Rooms are nice and cozy. Best of all is the service from staff at the lobby, very helpful to make sure our stay was memorable. They contacted us since the minute we booked to ask about our trip and suggest things to do. They helped out with the booking and all the recommendations were right on: local, authentic, simply a great experience. We will definitely stay there next time we visit Lisbon. Big thanks to the staff at Hotel da Baixa for a wonderful time!!

Staff was very professional and helpful and they upgraded our room prior to arrival. The room was very spacious and nicely appointed with amenities. The location is great and makes it very easy to walk or take the metro to all the sights. It is located on a pedestrian only street so it is very quiet at night. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants including their own, which we did not get a chance to try, but the menu looked great. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Great property. Excellent facility, staff and accommodations. Recently renovated, Room and bathroom was perfect. Staff was attentive and helpful. Food was some of the bet we had with a nice blend of Portuguese & Europeans. Cocktail lounge was intimate with nightly music. Location was in heart of old city 5 min from harbor. Highly recommend

This is best hotel to stay in Lisbon. I've been to 5-star hotels before. Hotel da Baixa provided us with a much better experience than any hotel we've ever been to before, and set the bar high for the future. From the moment you step in, the greeting, taking your luggage, making espresso while you process your check in, rooms service, and breakfast was amazing. I got engaged in Sintra, and the hotel provided us with a magical experience with a flower bouquet, path of roses, and sparking rose wine. The rooms have a very practical layout and definitely designed by people who care for a strong guest experience. Just waw!

One of the best hotels in terms of location is in the middle of downtown, walking distance from all tourist attractions. The staff are hospital and kind, they serve a very delicious hot chocolate for all their gusts, also their welcome gifts were great gestures from them. I recommend it personally to my family and friends. Tip: Ask them about the tram ticket to enjoy the city all around

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
