        This was a good place to stay. Very conveniently situated near the metro and the suburb train to quickly be in Milan's centre. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good with enough choices. The beds were comfortable. However, the rooms could probably take some renovation: our bedhead was partly torn for example. There was also a constant noise of water going through canalisation which wan make it difficult to sleep

        Not great - stayed here for 2 nights. On arrival was left standing for 5 minutes whilst one person tapped on a computer and 2 stood behind watching. It's polite to just acknowledge guests and say you'll be a few minutes! Not very friendly either. The two other receptionists just stood behind him staring, not sure if they were training?? Room was fine, bed was comfy although someone's sock over the fire alarm which we noticed the morning we left. Shower was good, although only one thin pillow each on bed. This has been mentioned before, obviously not learnt from it. Went into the bar, absolutely no atmosphere, also charged 15euro for one rum! We walked outside and found a lovely pizza restaurant instead. On check out again no friendliness from receptionist. Most strange in customer facing roles. Wouldn't return, this hotels had consistently bad reviews and they don't seem to learn! Was fine just for a bed and a base, but if you want a hotel experience I don't think you'll get it here

        We are frequent travellers. Sad to say, this is the worst stay we ever had. We stayed just for a night just to sleep and continue our road trip but it was a disaster. On a Sunday night, there were a lot of noises and different rooms. From 10pm-3am, loud chattering. The walls are paper thin. We called the reception 4x, they actually sent someone to check the rooms partying but the noise didn’t improve. I assume, the security talked these people but maybe, it’s just the walls are too thin even with their voices down. We had to leave at 5am and still awake at 3am. What a sad stay. The rooms smells like smoke too, not sure if it’s from outside or other rooms near us. I wouldn’t rate it as 4 star hotel, it is a 2 star hotel. Positive points- They have a parking spot for free, the room size is spacious, have enough towels.

        Nice hotel, good location, available to use public transport. But one working man on the desk was very mean on the shift 15.12 and spoil the impression. Manager refused to tell me his name, but he was Indian or Italian, I guess and well-fed, half-bold. Recommend not to talk with him at all price. Very negative. Otherwise, hotel is good, sometimes not that clean, but it’s just details.

        This hotel does not deserve 4 stars, it was more like a 2 star lodge. - The rooms are extremely poorly lit with 1-2 lights max - The room was not clean, it was extremely dusty and was probably not cleaned before check in - You need to call the reception multiple times to get a response - The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. They did not provide extra pillows despite 3 reminders - There was no soundproofing, you can hear everything from the adjacent floors as well as the corridor - Even though our room was for 4, toiletries/amenities were kept only for 2 people and after follow up, the remaining were provided One good thing is that the size of the bed was big and could fit 2 people comfortably.
