The location is good. Self-check in was a bit confusing and I saw many a visitor stuck outside the front doors at night. The rooms are simple, maybe a bit too narrow for some people. My main issue was that the walls were too thin and you can hear anything and everything. If you plan to stay here, make sure you bring earplugs. However, this was the cheapest price in this location and it’s a really, really good location with a convenience store just next door. For the price, I think it was worth staying but I can see some people having issues.

The location is great because it's close to the subway station and Ikseondong Village, which has a variety of bars, cafes, and restaurants. This hotel also features self-check-in and self-check-out.

The location is great because it's close to the subway station and Ikseondong Village, which has a variety of bars, cafes, and restaurants. This hotel also features self-check-in and self-check-out.

This was a very cute and clean hotel. The floors are heated. Being in the winter time that was very helpful. Staff did not know very well English so it was hard to communicate. They serve free breakfast which was great. But even the lobby was freezing that our food will get cold immediately. It is very central to everything in Seoul.

Decent price and good room. They don't have big towels which is weird. They changed our room and I lost a shirt, but they compensated my accordingly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
