I stayed for seven days, and I was extremely satisfied with the services provided and the overall experience with the hotel. The rooms were nice big and clean, the Wi-Fi was working without any problems, and the location is excellent for going around town.

The hotel from the subway station very close, there are a lot of snacks nearby ... walk to Myeong-dong, then also 10 minutes away, the room was very well-equipped facilities! wifi still is to force! This is very important! Haha ... customize breakfast provided abundant species, taste good! The hotel reception is relatively small, accommodation room area is not great, but still very comfortable - lived renovated nice hotel! Very exotic, light is very beautiful, inside the service staff is very enthusiastic, to communicate in English can be considered successful, check soon! The key is the price is very reasonable!

I booked this hotel for the good location and good price for a month. At first, everything was fine but all of a sudden, without notifying me the owner of the hotel and went in with another guy to show him the room. He didn't warn me in front of this guy he opened the closet and touched my things embarrassing me. After a few days, I realized that someone entered my room while I was out. I immediately notify the owner, who pretends it is a strange thing, telling me to warn him again immediately if it happens again. The building is full of CCTV, why not check if a stranger has entered my room? It seemed strange to me. After a few more days it happened again, and the owner admitted that he was the one to show the room to another interested person. Do not think it's correct to enter a room and touch other people's things, plus without notifying whoever has rented that room, and apparently, it's a behavior he often does

Good location. You can walk to City hall station , Myeongdong market and Old Palace. The hotel surrounded with many restaurants.All staff are nice. The room was clean and tiny,

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
