I stayed two nights. Great location for seeing nearby Osaka landmarks! The room was quite large for what I paid, and very clean. Please be advised: If you are a light sleeper this hotel is next to the train. I am not a light sleeper :) THEY HAVE CATS

The young woman at the desk spoke English well. It is located adjacent to the JR tracks near Temma station, so it is noisy. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, as did the hallway. I cancelled my 2nd night and booked a better hotel.

Japanese style hotel with very cheap price in the middle of Osaka city. I recommend this hotel for those who want to travel around the Osaka and also need to save some bucks. In the morning they serve breakfast set at only 500 yen.

Conveniently located near one of the Loop line & JR stations - Temma. Trains run until 10 pm, so it is a bit noisy. Also, there is a 2 km long shopping street with all kinds of stores and restaurants, as well as several convinient stores such as 7-Eleven . The room we had was European with Japanese style bathroom and toilet. Everything was clean and good for the price per night. Breakfast was European style. We are happy with choosing it for our first night at Osaka.

Ryokan style rooms. My only concern is the toilet leg room is rather odd or small, uncomfortable for tall people. My knee is touching the door so I kept it open every time I use it. Not handicap accessible, use stairs to go to your room. Free breakfast, and internet. Free emergency period pads in the lobby washroom, free snacks; some toys for kids, books, and smoke extractors in the lobby for smokers. They also have a guardian cat.
