unfortunately can’t leave a good review for this hotel since location and hotel itself don’t match the price at all. room have very cheap and old furniture and doors, bad smell that is covered by a very very strong cheap soap smell. chipped paint on doors and walls and furniture. it’s extremely easy to hear any small noise from the hallway and outside. one window was far from the bed and didn’t even open, i had to open the window in a bathroom to get any air in that didn’t smell as bad. used toilet paper roll, no kettle, no tea, no coffee, no water glasses or cups. poor lighting situation, stairway is completely dark (i had to use my phone flashlight). one pillow was very stiff and the other way thinner, no blankets, only a bed cover that is not warm enough for autumn. very old blow dryer and no electricity ports next to the bed. maximum price for this hotel should be 60-70 euro.

· I liked the staff - the lady in reception is wonderful!!!! she showed us the city (and gave us the map), she always willed to help (with coffee and our problems). the breakfast was nice, just enough. The rooms were very clean, ours was spacious and nice. The area is close to the tram station and 20 mins of walk from the city center. It was enough for our stay :) The price is just fair for what you get But we were scared at first because our room included gas water heating, which can be dangerous so we wanted to change the room (we’ve never seen that before in hotel rooms). the lady was very nice but couldn’t change the rooms because the place was full but she assured us it’s gonna be okay and she came several times to ask whether it’s fine and we managed to finish our stay calmly. :)

Small hotel in a quite quiet area . The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom is very small and we also had a problem with the flusher, but nothing a man cannot fix.It's ok for a city break if you are planning not to stay too much on the room. They also have some breakfast, don't expect much from it, but it's enough to start your day. Overall it's ok, but I wouldn't return necessarily here on my next trip to Florence.

Very nice & friendly, situated by bus Dalmazia 15 Min. from downtown, near Pizza Dalmazia, bloc away from plaza Dalmazia and local Stores. High recommended for a week or more in Florence.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
