        I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Bangkok. Very welcoming staffs and making me feel at home. The way the staffs greet guests were highly appreciated along with their support provided. Their was a lady (wearing black blazer with short hair cut) who appears to be a supervisor welcoming guests in a very well mannered and jovial way during breakfast time in the lounge. The security man is appreciated too for his help and support. And to mention the jovial and pleasant Mr Vong for his tremendous assistance during my stay at the hotel and this is highly appreciated. Besides his works, he maintains a great hospitality towards the guests and kind in person . Thank you so much. Special thanks also to the lady who works from morning till very late night and for her help provided to me.

        Staffs are so rude . One of staff hit my baby sister 's hand. No responsibility for their mistake. I just extended 2 days stay for triple room. I paid Cash at Reception. But they didn't record . They gave our room to another customer and left our luggage at lobby. When i told them , they said to stay at small room . So, i can't accept and complain for same price room . But they didn't . i request refund and plan to change hotel. They said they can't refund right now and next day come back .. What a rude. So, i told my sister to take video as evidence. This rude staff hit my sister hand and try to throw her phone. My baby sister shocked and cried loudly. Manager also no responsibility.         This affordable hotel is perfect if you want to stay in a quiet part of Pratunam. It’s right next to Ratchaprarop station too, so the connectivity is good. If you’re a reasonable guest and not pushy, you will enjoy living here. The staff is what makes this hotel awesome. They were always smiling and friendly, for the entire duration of my stay. One possible issue could be the location. There’s nothing to walk around for. We walked around a bit in the area but there’s absolutely nothing. That’s why the train station was such a relief. The rooms were excellent, and WiFi connectivity was amazing too. There’s a couple of 7-11s at walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, too.

        Great budget hotel not far from the fashion outlets. Staff were helpful and friendly. They made you feel welcomed. The breakfast should be thought out better.

        I stayed six nights. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. Location is very close to shopping district. Value for money is 5 star. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pratunam, Bangkok.
