This hotel is situated in a sketchy neighbourhood. Be aware of dangerous individuals, especially at night. The hotel is very noisy, the windows being super thin. Despite what the hotel tells you, there is no triple glazing, you'll be able to see it by yourself if you stay there. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I recommend not to book directly with them, only with Booking.com or some other service that will guarantee the booking. I booked twin room in advance and paid right away. I received confirmation of booking, incl confirmation of successful payment. When we came to check in, we were told that the booking was cancelled, because the payment did not proceed. I was asked to pay again full price for the stay (will need to settle the double charge with the bank later) and were given doubleroom instead of twin. There was no communication about cancellation at all. Super bad experience at the front desk, the lady was not even willing to call manager to investigate. Too bad there were no available hotels nearby to go to.

I really liked the hotel a lot. It's simple but very comfortable, with very clean and new facilities. The bed is very comfortable with clean sheets and pillows. Breakfast is tasty, with good options, but not varied, but that is the hotel's proposal. The team is polite and attentive. My wife and I had a pleasant and restful time at the hotel. We liked a lot.

A great little hotel conveniently located in Gare de Lyon near the metro. The staff are really friendly and the hotel feels brand new. The room had everything you’d expect from a hotel was very clean and comfortable. His and hers sinks are a great touch. Air conditioning in July was perfect. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending a weekend in Paris.

Our window faces the street but no noise at all, (impressed by how quiet the room is actually). Bed very comfortable (I’m very fussy when it comes to bedding). Brilliant location. Room modern and new. Highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
