Although the majority of lodging in Switzerland is overpriced this little hotel is located at Interlaken West station which is very convenient. Breakfast was average but fortunately with scrambled eggs included. No option to use coffee maker machine to choose differents kinds of coffee or just milk, chocolate, etc., by oneself. They ask what hot drink do you want and serve it. Service was just fine. Room had space enough with 2 comfortable chairs and a nice table. We asked for one doubled bed with many time before our arrival but our request was not attended. Pillow too soft. Curtains blocked light from outside quite fine. Zero noise. One day our room was not cleaned; we don't know reason why. By far is not the best 3-star hotel we've stayed all over the world but it's the best value for money we found in our trip along central Switzerland.

Amazing from top to bottom. Great location as it's 5 min from the train and 2 min from grocery store. The room we had was big, had an amazing balcony, and a fridge too. The view from the rooms were worth the price alone. The hosts were simply wonderful and beyond kind. The best breakfast for a great price which included fresh made, real scrambled eggs, beans, meat, toast, cereal, fruits. Not just a simple spread. It is in a quiet part of Interlaken so easy to sleep, but you can easily walk anywhere. Only place I would stay.

Rome were serviceable, but outdated and lacking in basic facilities such as multiple power outlets, elevator extremely small. Some oddities too such as no double beds, only 2 singles pushed together (which was mentioned at booking to be fair) and pillows with no support at all. The included breakfast however was the highlight of the stay, and the host really provided an excellent spread of food and friendly service. Also very close to the train station and shops. Decent value for money in Switzerland.

The BEST place I ever had. Everything is perfect since check-in. The location is quiet but convenient, close to Interlaken West station and has a large supermarket nearby. The owner is nice and friendly, helps us with everything we need. The breakfast is delicious, I love marmalade specially☺️, tablewares are pretty. It’s not like those large fancy hotels, this is a little elegant place which will bring you fully comfortable. The Bookings shows it is a three-star place, but I will give it a ten out of ten. Love it, definitely will come back again.

Loved the place. From the time we called here on our way saying we would be late check-in, the owners and staff here have been so welcoming. Our room was great, with a nice balcony with which i could see the mountains and Milky Way above them. The beds are good, showers are strong, and the whole place has old-world charm. Breakfast was available each morning included.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
