Size of bathroom and lack of amenities were quite disappointing. Uncomfortable bed and shower was terrible. Fire alarm went off at 1 am in the morning, 3 times. Staff did not have knowledge of correct procedures of what to do. Initially refused to call the fire brigade and the Manager based in Paris. It was quite chaotic and very disruptive. Hotel location is very good.

The good: Super central, friendly reception, bag storage before check-in for free, bed relatively comfy, not expensive. The bad: Super outdated, looked run down and almost dirty. Sheets were clean but I've seen cleaner hostel rooms. Bathroom really old. Had AC but was still hot in room. Overall, decent for the price and location. Breakfast not worth the price.

I will let you judge by the photos…I am not sure how this hotel got 3 stars but its really unfair. The only good thing is the location we were given two completely different rooms- one ok and the other one total disaster for the same price. the bed was uncomfortable and the insulation is not done properly- so cold air was coming in- I woke up with the back pain, asked the guys why the rooms are so different and to place us to another room, our response was “we can offer you free breakfast🙁 So we asked instead of that one hour later checkin, and the lady was terribly rude… so do yourself a favor be careful and dont stay here.

Hello community Advantage of hotel: position, in the middle of center. You can do all by foot.. 3 star hotel. Price was 96 Eur per room. Not cheap but not excessive looking at the position. Our double bed room was a bit tight, as it typically is the case in many french hotels in the center. Hotel a bit old Service was good. Breakfast: due to Covid19 selfservice was suspended and a really charming young man with the heart of service took care of us. I gave him a tip for his kind attitude. Front desk: we had a issue with the shower. We had 5% of from our bill without asking. This was a nice gesture. For the good service I would give 4 stars. For the old interior and its inconveniences I give 3.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
