A great hotel. We loved it. A real boutique in a very central location. Our room was gorgeous, designed with real flair and with high quality service and bar items. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were all delightful and went out of their way to make sure we were ok and enjoying the hotel experience. The bar man mixes a fine cocktail and the food was outstanding. We ate dinner at the hotel one evening and it was honestly the best meal we ate in Auckland. Just really well cooked. For the price this is a terrific place to stay. Highly recommended.

Easily the best place I've ever stayed. From the moment we walked into the reception area, I knew it was going to be good - and then when we walked into our room (2.3, I highly recommend it), we were gobsmacked! A stunning room and really exciting to be in. Restaurant and bar were brilliant, food, drinks and coffee - excellent. Service was brilliant throughout, including finding that rogue phone charger. Perfect location - walkable to the ferry and right in the historic precinct of Auckland's CBD, yet quiet. 10/10 all the way. If you love the classics with some artistic quirks, if you love history updated with an eye for modern beauty - do it. Best ever.

My sister and I attended the Tipsy High Tea this afternoon at Hotel Debrett. We were warmly welcomed and seated immediately. The cocktails were delicious, the food was amazing and there was a wide variety of tea options to choose from. The decor and set up of the room was also beautiful. I'll be recommending this experience to all my friends and would love to make a return!

If you have a family, sofa beds should only be used in an absolute crunch. It's beyond time they get an update as they are very uncomfortable. For the price, I would expect nicer, especially since they factor that into the Occupancy number. Also, just a small thing, but it's also time for the TVs to be swapped out for something more modern. Was there for the Women's World Cup, and the picture quality is not high definition.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel DeBrett. The staff was so kind and extremely helpful... from helping bring my luggage to my room, to their dining recommendations. The room itself was quite charming, I loved the design and decor. It was such a comfortable stay, I was sad I ever had to leave!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
