Well situated in Milan with subway station a 5 min walk away to access the city and explore. Great facilities and services with a breakfast buffet provided, serving traditional Italian food and pastries, juices as well as a bar serving cocktails and spirits in evenings. 24 hour hotel desk available to check in and assist with any problems with staff able to help in English and Italian. Minibar included in room also including beer, water and snacks with TV and desk next to the Double Bed as well as a small bathroom with a shower. Would recommend.

Carpet was badly stained, but I was able to change rooms. Modern amenities & reasonable price. Conveniently located on the northern edge of the city, making it quiet, yet a short walk to public transportation.

Pros: close to the metro M5 and helpful staff at the front desk. The room got cleaned everyday. There is a supermarket close. Cons: this is the tiniest bedroom I have ever seen. Very cramped. I had to partly enter the shower to close the bathroom door, and had to walk horizontaly to go on the other side of the bed. The room was clean but the sink was clogged, I saw ants and the shower had mold. I don't think this is okay for a 134€ / night hotel room. The neighborhood was not super clean with a lot of trash in certain areas

We stayed for one night and for the price, we were happy with our experience. We did pay for breakfast as well and it was your typical European spread. Our check-in was smooth and check-out was efficient considering how busy they were all morning (we saw the line when we went for breakfast and when we were leaving our luggage after check-out to go exploring). The ladies were all quite friendly! The room was clean, cool and had ample space and amenities. It also had the most spacious shower we encountered during our 2 week holiday in Europe so that was a huge plus. It was about a 10 minute walk from the metro stop and you do have to walk 15+ minutes to get to nearby restaurants. Overall, I would stay here again if I were visiting. Thank you for a good experience!

Our room was clean although it had seen some wear and tear. The tv could not be turned off, only muted and made show the channel list. Strange faint alarm -like sounds were heard both nights (maybe water pipes?). Other than that it was an alright place to stay for a couple of nights. Easy to get to different places in Milan, nice staff at the reception.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
