I stayed with my boyfriend for 4 nights in the deluxe double room. I find it kind of expensive for what it gives and here’s why. The room was kind of small, but were out all day so it wasn’t a problem. The only issue is that there was no space on the floor to keep both suitcases open. PROS: the location was very pretty, central (near to the Vatican and Rome center) with many shops, markets and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, the reception was open 24/7. The TV was equipped with Netflix, YouTube, amazon prime etc. CONS: 1.The bed. It was wide enough but the length was not. Our feet were hanging by the end of the bed (i am 170 cm aprox but my boyfriend 190 aprox). It had no duvet cover, the duvet was between 2 big sheets that were all overlapping and hanging down on the floor (because they were too big for the lenght of the bed). The pillows were too puffy, made from some kind of thick synthetic sponge and it was very hard to get a good night of sleep. So picky sleepers don’t go there! :) 2.Mainly clean appart for the mould in the bathroom, on the walls, above the tiles of the shower cabin. The bathroon was kind of small too, the bidet was blocking the access to the sink. The towels were folded (but not changed) daily by the cleaning ladies. 3.There were constructions happening on the street in front of the hotel that continued late in the night and the noise was pretty loud. 4. For those who want to ho to the gym: it was a small room which had 3-4 treadmills, one bicycle and only a machine (for back byceps and chest). No dumbells, kettlebells whatsoever.

Close to Vatican city is great. Hotel exterior makes you feel insecure about your reservation but once you go to second floor where rooms and lobby are located are modern-renew rooms. In our own experience bathroom shower was broken but working

Good location. It is close to the fort, and you can easily get to the trevi area within 8 minutes with a Lime. The room I got was not large, but it was not a problem since most time is spent outdoors, plus the hardware and tidiness is great.

Room booked for 4 nights between the end of July and the beginning of August. The staff is really helpful. The services are as described and the rooms are clean. The area is highly recommended in the summer period, when the offices are closed. Everything is within a very short distance: from the PAM supermarket to every type of restaurant and many shops. Really excellent!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
