Small rooms. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Very loud street noise and music from restaurants and bars below. You cannot see the Angel from the hotel. On the positive, there are some cool bars and restaurants at street level. But once you try to sleep, you hear everything going on at the street. Also no Air Conditioner or heater. I paid for two nights on Priceline and I stayed one night and forfeited the second.

Girl working at reception coudn’t care less. I asked to use their wifi while waiting for the room to be ready and was rudely told to wait until I receive my room key because the credentials are printed on it. No towels in the room upon arrival. We notified them asnd got the towels only 3 hours later. Internal communication is weak and hotel seems to be poorly managed. Price for a king size room was 600mx on booking. We called th to try to book directly with hotel and they asked over 1000mx. Makes no sense at all so we went throught booking and let them pay the 20% comission while we paid 50% less (How stupid?). Rooms were fairly cheap for the area so I didnt expect much (And didnt get much). Its okay of you are budget sensitive but I would advise to spend a bit more and stay in a better managed accomodation. Room on the 1st floor was cold and bedding was not impressive

Bare minimum low budget hotel. Rooms are bare! It has a hairdryer and plain soap, but only two towels (no hand towels, no tissues, no supplies). VERY NOISY - loud location with a lot of street noise and thin walls so you can hear others. WiFi is intermittent. Breakfast was not impressive (basically just eggs) but it is included in the room price I think. Room was very clean though, bottled water is provided, and the staff is helpful and nice. I only stayed here because of work (hotel selected by the client) otherwise I never would have chosen this hotel.

The room had bugs and no wifi. We should have known something was wrong when they had no rooms available when we were checking in. The lights in the room were not working and the tv only had 7 channels that worked. Never staying in this hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
