Impeccable hotel! Clean, safe, very friendly and helpful staff and a super varied and delicious breakfast. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. My room had a small kitchen equipped with home appliances and dishes. You can buy food and cook right there. The only drawback is the fact that some rooms (mine for example) face the train station... that is, many public transport stops there. The cars and buses are barely audible, but the trams are an infernal noise, which even shakes the ground (I was on the first floor). I recommend taking earplugs if you are a light sleeper. However, don't take it out on the staff, they are not to blame and always try to help as best they can. I recommend this hotel without a doubt.

We were able to check in early, so we didn't have to worry about leaving our luggage unattended. We were upgraded to a room that had an extra "bedroom" when you first walk in. It had had single bed and desk. Unless we were having an overnight guest, which would have been weird, the only advantage was that our bedroom wasn't right next to the front door. The room was on the top floor, but the view was of the train tracks. There were metal chairs and a metal table on the balcony, but they were old. The room was spacious, but it needs a renovation. The nicest feature was the gigantic bathtub! It fits two adults.

good service from friendly staff. great location as it is just minutes from train station and also located near tourist sights. decent breakfast as well. rooms are alright, all basic needs are there. regarding sound proofing, it is still ok. i don't hear anything from next door unless they are screaming😏. but you do get sound of trains up til late night, but you'll be tired from exploring so you will fall asleep anyway. overall, will recommend.

Delicious, varied breakfast, although the coffee is a bit weak for Italian. Good location, 15 min walk to the cathedral. The room is well soundproofed, there is no noise from the street. Comfortable bed, extra blanket for a cold night. Quick check-in On the minus side - the staff entered the room before 10 without knocking, there was no cable in the shower - only the top one, it was difficult to rinse off or just wash your head. I would point out to the staff that check-out is until 12, they should knock on the room!

Hotel is excellent. Service from all the staff was very wonderful. Everyone was very helpful. Excellent service. The room was very big for its size, new, and clean. The balcony room also has a great view of Duomo and the hills. Walking distance from the train station and all the popular tourist spots. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
