        What a sad experience. The bathroom had mould and the ceiling and walls however it looked very modern, it is sad to see this when it could have been cleaned. The toilet roll holder was hanging from the wall and the roll was hidden behind the toilet. Basic maintenance would really improve the quality of the hotel stay and would increase the amount of retiring customers. Very simple to control mould levels with some cleaning of the bathroom. And why is the front receptionist gentleman ignoring multiple complaints of mouldy and non-cleaned bathrooms? How rude, that is not customer service. The breakfast was severely unwelcomed.  Cold coffee, cold tea, inedible meat of some sort. The croissants were the only thing to enjoy in small selection

        Stayed there for 2 nights. great place, very clean, excellent wifi and the staff were very kind and helpful. Overall i enjoyed the stay.

        One of the worst stay experience I have ever had in my life, nobody cares about people who stays at the Hotel. Cleaniness is very poor, customer service is catastrophic.really really I won't recommend anyone to take it. By the way,this was not quarantine.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
