Hello, as someone who has traveled to many countries and experienced various accommodations, I want to express my positive impressions of the hotel I am staying at. Despite being a 3-star hotel, it has incredibly beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained rooms. The design is stylish, particularly the breakfast room which is very chic and offers a delightful array of breakfast items. Everything is perfect.

This hotel is close to the train station. It is in a Middle Eastern neighborhood, so most of the food is this. Unfortunately, there are a few homeless people. Some come up to you with their empty cups, and some sit on the sidewalk. The rooms are average. We put a green sign on our door as asked for our room to be cleaned, but when we returned that evenibg, it had not been done. Our first night, we did the same, and the room was cleaned. The front desk person was friendly and gave us clean towels. They are strick with their 11 am check out time. At the last minute, our train for the next morning was canceled, and we had to reschedule for a later train. We asked to stay until 12 and was told no. We were able to leave our luggage in a hallway with locks on them.

Absolutely horrible experience here in October 2023. I arrived Monday evening, and the internet was down. A tech was called and the internet was ultimately fixed around 14:00 Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday the internet went down again around 18:00. This was a working trip for me, and I was unable to complete my work during my stay due to repeated internet issues, which forced me to have to leave 3 days earlier than planned (since I could not miss three additional work days due to Hotel Demas’s internet issues). The staff on duty assured me on Wednesday night that his manager would be there Thursday morning at checkout to speak to me about refunding the amount I paid for the three nights that I could not stay. She was not at the desk but she was in the building and she refused to speak on the phone. She did speak with the desk manager and told her they would not refund the money I paid for the three days I was not able to stay as a result of their internet issues. Long story short- Hotel Demas City stole 400 dollars from me after I had to leave early due to their consistent failure to deliver amenities promised. Also the neighborhood is scary at night. DO NOT stay here. There are so many other hotels to choose from.

I arrived at a hotel in Munich, Germany, and experienced racial discrimination. When I checked in initially, I had to fill out some paperwork, but to my surprise, the documentation identified me as Chinese even though I'm not. Seeing "Chinese" written on the paperwork based solely on my name made me feel uncomfortable. Also, let me review about the room. The room lacked air conditioning, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and the bathroom was so cramped that it was difficult to use. One positive aspect was the water pressure and maybe the location, but overall, considering the price, it was quite disappointing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
