You get what you pay for, paid $8.54 for 1 night in a "superior room" on Agoda. The reception couldn't find my booking for about 5 minutes. The room is dirty, bathroom is dirty, water doesn't work well (facet spurts water intermittently). It's summer, yet they put out wooly, warm blankets; you're better off sleeping with no blanket. Bed is decent at best. However the worst thing is I saw a couple tiny fleas flying in my room, which I know will bite me in my sleep and cause me to be itchy the next day. The only good thing I is that there is air conditioning. Spend an extra $5 or $10 and get a better room elsewhere. Really regret staying here!

A very recommended place for those looking for low budget, especially for backpackers, for family also good can help saving money. parking place only available for 2 cars, but you can find parking area not far away from hotel. The room floor,toilet is very clean.plenty of hot and clean water. The ac also very cold beyond expectations. The area is very strategic, especially near to glodok where you can find very delicious street food, near train station. At nite you can walk across hotel just for relax, having tatoo, face painting, alfamart, indomaret, having a cup of tea or coffee.

This so dirty, smell, poor. The TV don't show anything else just antchanel. The conditioners doesn't work. We get smell towel. The bad already broke. After i can make pregnant my wife. She wasn't confortabel in the frigidaire self. Thanks for the had night. This the last place where i want to go back. The internet connection more slow than 1989. I can't download the Teletubbies. Thanks for nothing. Next time i sleep next to the trash that's more better than this Kota. 0 start. :((((((

Ok place for backpacking to crash the night. Situated right in front of the Batavia old city, and near the Jakarta Kota station. You pay what you get.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
