Location wise is Marvellous.... Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bed mattress are excellent. Staff team are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are decent and good options. I highly recommend this hotel for whom want to stay and discover Amsterdam.

Perfect location while visiting the city. Rooms were a bit small but had everything you need. Staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Shoutout to Lisa for being so kind and fun to chat with! She had amazing recommendations for the local area and made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Nice room in an excellent location - lovely decor and walking distance to many attractions and public transport. We arrived very early after an overnight flight and the staff (I think his name was Frederick) kindly let us leave our luggage and use the washroom. All the staff we interacted with were very nice. The only downside is without air conditioning the room could be hot and stuffy. Opening the window didn’t help much (faced internally) and allowed mosquitoes in.

Beautiful hotel with unique decor. They have everything you could need on site (snacks, beverages, nice sitting area, etc.) and is in a perfect walkable location. We were concerned it would be too noisy because it IS a main street with lots of foot traffic. However, it slows down in the evening and is quite pleasant. Our only complaint isn't even a real complaint. It was just that the TV was kind of small. We would definitely recommend staying here if you're ever in the area.

Lovely play to stay in Amsterdam. Great location for museums and canals. Good size rooms if a little sparsely decorated. Beautiful lounge and an interesting little breakfast room make this place a bit different. They also do a cracking coffee and the staff are super friendly and hospitable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
