        The staff was rude and lacked understanding. I booked a room for one person because my girlfriend was taking the train out of town later the same evening and I was leaving at 4 am the following day. When I checked-in the staff stated my girlfriend was not allowed to come up to the room and her bag was not allowed to be stored in the room during the day. After explaining she would not be staying the night they allowed me to drop both bags in the room if I claimed them as my own, but they would not let her go up to the room. When I asked to upgrade my room just to allow her to have the opportunity to shower before her train, two members of the staff began yelling and stating there was no way they would allow her to go up to the room. (The actual difference between a one person and two person booking at the time was 10 euro.) I asked what price it would take to allow her to take a shower and they repeatedly screamed 70 euro more than what I already paid for my room. They were loud and rude for no reason. I would have happily paid more anywhere else had I known how rude the staff was at this hotel. Also, in our time of sitting in the lobby, we witnessed the staff be just as rude to other guests for various reasons. In all my visits to Rome I have never had such a bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

        We stayed in this hotel with our 1.5 years old son and all staff were amazing, they are very kind and helpful people. Every time they asked if we need something. Communication was perfect with all of them. I would like to special thank to kitchen staff, they did their best to us. Location is very good for walking to Colosseum also we walked easily to Trevi every day, it takes about 20 mins. Only breakfast variety was poor , some option may be added but still I would choose this hotel again with my family. Thank you for your hospitality, Our minion says special thank you to all staff. ♥️

        Location is amazing... Close to the Termini Station and Vittorio Emmanuel metro stration. You can reach everywehere easily. Cleaning is good. Rooms are enough. Hot water is satisfactive. Stuffs in the rooms are not very new, could be better. Breakfast is reasonable, can be added some proteins. Generally prefarable hotel.

        Expensive. 243 euros a night is outrageous for this hotel. The lift only accommodates two people at a time. Noisy. You can hear the church bells and sirens all night long even with the windows and drapes closed. Small plain rooms. No chairs in rooms. The electrical outlets had scorch marks. The best thing about it was the breakfast with cappuccino or espresso and continental fare that was a plus.

        The hotel is few minutes walk away from termini which is the only advantage. The cleanliness expectations I had were never met in the few days of the stay. The bed sheets were never changed. The breakfast items were extremely limited and not fresh at all. Feel sorry to give this review but do not recommend the hotel.
