        I honestly really liked this place enough to give it a review. Room and lobby are clean. Front desk is friendly and they held our bags for us even after we checked out. Location is close to Shibuya Station. Lots of amenities are included (bottled water, tooth brush) and not extra.

        The staff's attitude is bad. If you are 3 minutes late while looking at the amenities, you will be charged an additional 30 minutes. And I don't think it matches the quality.

        Hotels around here are really bad hotels and sometimes you get really bad rooms, but Diamond is just mediocre. Having LAWSON nearby is surprisingly convenient.

        Hotels around here are really bad hotels and sometimes you get really bad rooms, but Diamond is just mediocre. Having LAWSON nearby is surprisingly convenient.

        The light is just too bright. The reception area from the entrance is too brightly lit and women may not like the atmosphere for evening use. Rooms are clean but small. I don't think it's very cozy. The light is bright anyway. The lighting from the entrance to the reception area is too bright, so women may not like the atmosphere if they use it at night. The rooms are clean but small. I guess it's not very good in terms of cost performance.

        Shocking Japanese accommodation I stayed in room 603 for 2 nights from March 27th to March 29th. I asked for cleaning after the first night, and after confirming that everything was tidied up at 7pm, I left without touching anything. When I returned to the dormitory at 12pm, there were signs that someone had used the bathroom. My hair and another's hair were in the bathroom, confirmed by the staff member who went up with me. The bed was a mess, with wet towels strewn everywhere that someone else had used that I didn't even use. I was so surprised that I asked the staff to check the CCTV. There were obvious signs that someone had broken into the building, even though the staff had checked. The headquarters did not confirm anything, only saying that nothing was found on CCTV. The only answer I've heard is that I have no choice but to doubt myself. I think it's because we're not from the same country. Unfortunately, I couldn't report it to the police because I had to return to Japan the next day. It was my first experience, and I still get goosebumps and get scared. I was so surprised that I took a photo. I made a reservation on Agoda and uploaded this review, but the review didn't come up so I'll upload it here. Shocking Japanese Accommodation From March 27th to March 29th, I stayed in room 603 for two nights. After one night, I asked for a cleaning, and at 7 p.m., I checked that the accommodation was all organized, and I went out without touching anything. When I came back to the accommodation at 12 p.m., there was a trace of someone using the bathroom. Hair, not my hair, was in the bathroom and the staff who went up with me confirmed it. The bed was all over the place and wet towels that I didn't even use were all over the place. I was so surprised that I asked the staff to check the CCTV. Obviously, there was a sign of someone breaking in, and even though the staff confirmed it The headquarters only answered that nothing was found on the CCTV and did not confirm anything. Rather, I only heard from the headquarters that I had no choice but to suspect what I did. I think it's because I'm not from the same country. It was a pity that I couldn't call the police because I had to go back to my country the very next day. It was my first time experiencing it and I still get goosebumps and am scared.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
